Ramona Wright is a multi-talented musician and instructor who has been teaching music and art for over 30 years. Her method of music instruction focuses on fun, short lessons that build your — or your child’s — musical vocabulary in a holistic and incremental way.

 

Ramona makes lessons fun, and delivers the content in a natural, unforced environment that builds up the student’s self esteem and sense of accomplishment. She enjoys teaching children as young as four, as well as adults of all ages and skill levels. INSTRUMENTS TAUGHT

Violin, Cello, Piano

Ages: Four years and up

Fees: $80 for four 30-minute sets of instruction each month, payable the 1st of each month.

Studio Hours: Mondays 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm Wednesdays 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Saturdays 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Location: Our music studio’s location will be emailed to you after you have registered for class.
Note: Instruments will not be provided by instructor. The student must provide (own or rent) their own instrument. If you need to rent an instrument check out Ziggies Music Store (for accordion rental) or Milano Music Store for piano, violin and cello.

Cancellation/Refund policy:   The cancellation policy, or refunds is as follows.  Once you have paid for your lessons on the first of the month, if you need to cancel later that month, you must reschedule your lessons within the next month or you lose your lesson and funds paid.  There are No Refunds.

CURRICULUM FOR BEGINNING STUDENTS

The beginning classes will give you or your child, an introduction to the instrument, an explanation of the basic structure of music, and hopefully, cultivate a desire in you to pursue musical training at a higher level. Our music programs consist of training where the student will learn: (1) the parts of their instrument, (2) fundamentals of rhythm, (3) melody, (4) beginning music reading, (5) ear training, and (6) solo and combo playing.

We will be utilizing the Bastien Piano Basics, Strickly Strings, or Suzuki Method, for strings instruments & piano. Susuki Book 1 and its CD are available on Amazon.com or at Milano Music Store in Mesa, AZ or online at their website . You may also rent an instrument at Milano Music Store.

 

STUDIO HOURS

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

LESSON LENGTH

30  minute increments depending on your choice.

Note: The Music Studio is closed during US Holidays, my personal vacations dates and during conventions.
